Ash Hussain is a Senior Family Solicitor in the firm. She has specialised in divorce and family law since she qualified in April 2005. Ash is a member of Resolution (the national organisation for family lawyers committed to a non-confrontational approach on divorce, separation and other family matters) and is also a member of the Thames Valley Family Lawyers Society (a local focus group for family law issues). She is committed to resolving family disputes in a constructive and non-confrontational way wherever possible.
Before coming to Charsley Harrison LLP in April 2010, Ash worked for a Legal 500 niche family law practice in Reading and a well known law firm in Oxford. She has a wide knowledge and has obtained extensive experience of a broad range of family law issues relating to divorce, separation, termination of civil partnerships, children matters such as residence (widely known as custody) and contact disputes, specific issues, prohibited step orders, child relocation applications in the UK and abroad, cohabitee disputes and prenuptial agreements. Ash has a strong interest and particular expertise in resolving financial disputes arising on divorce or relationship breakdown. She has often acted in high value asset cases.
Ash lives just outside Windsor. Away from the office, Ash enjoys playing hockey and is a member of the Windsor Hockey Club and plays for the ladies first team. She enjoys travelling, tennis, reading, foreign affairs & culture and outdoor pursuits. ah3@charsleyharrison.com
