There are two partners in the department. Paul Owen has over 30 years' experience gained principally in Civil Litigation and was until recently Senior Partner of the practice of Clifton Owen in Maidenhead which amalgamated with Charsley Harrison LLP in 2010. Paul Spooner, with over 35 years' experience has focused primarily on family litigation.
Charsley Harrison LLP can offer solicitors specialised in Employment Law, Landlord and Tenant and all types of Dispute Resolution including disputes in relation to ownership of property Landlord and Tenant disputes and boundary disputes. We have expertise in family disputes and non-matrimonial disputes over property ownership. We also deal with inheritance claims and contested probates.
We can also provide expert knowledge relating to injunctions and nuisance claims or claims arising out of the negligence of others including professional negligence.
We specialise in all kinds of dispute resolution from shareholder disputes to consumer disputes.
We regularly support other departments of the firm where matters need to be resolved in court.
