Paul Spooner was admitted to the role in 1975. He has always specialised in Family Law and Civil Litigation. A solicitor of very considerable experience in all aspects of Family Law, such as cohabitee disputes and prenuptual agreements, divorce, seperation and termination of civil partnerships, family matters such as residence (custody) child relocation applications and contact disputes. He has built up and subsequently been head of two Family Law Departments in London and Surrey where he achieved a mention in the Legal 500, before moving to Charsley Harrison LLP in December 1997. He has qualified as a Resolution Specialist Family Lawyer and has trained as a mediator.
