Samantha Jolliffe was admitted as a solicitor in 2009 and joined Charsley Harrison LLP having trained in a large commercial West End firm.
Samantha read Law at the University of Warwick and graduated with a 2:1 LLB Honours degree in 2006 and completed her Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in Guildford.
Samantha is an employment law solicitor able to advise employers (whether they be small or medium businesses or large PLC's) and employees on contentious and non-contentious matters.
Samantha assists employers draft contracts and update various employment documents and can advise employers as and when individual circumstances arise. She is able to advise in respect of defending Employment Tribunal Claims.
Samantha also has experience in assisting employees with reviewing their employment documents, advising employees on these terms of compromise agreements, with assisting employees who wish to raise formal grievances and to prepare for disciplinary meetings. Samantha helps to settle claims and negotiate settlements where possible, but also assists employees to bring a variety of Employment Tribunal claims against their employers and advises on Breach of Contract Claims as appropriate. sj2@charsleyharrison.com
